There are 3 apartments at my house address. And now because someone in the complex is not downstairs when they arrive they will not deliver to my address....well dominoes thanks for grouping us all together! You have lost businesswith my family. Maybe you should be sure u have the correct apartment because I know for certain we are always looking out for the driver at my apartment.

Doesn't even deserve a star. The male manager (I think their name is Tyler) is extremely unprofessional and refuses to hear customer complaints. They screwed up our order, refused to remake it, remade it after some back and forth, and screwed it up again. When we called back the manager Tyler refused to talk to us until his co-manager convinced him. He talked to us, we explained what happened and requested a full refund for the food tonight. He said no and started to argue with us about how we were wrong. We then stated we had taken photos and recorded the call. He said he would call the cops as it is illegal. We read him the state of WI statute saying it is legal and he proceeded to hang up on us. He told his employees to refuse to answer our calls moving forward.This was found out by my wife who called and talked with the comanager on a different phone. She advised she refunded us after the call.Given the extreme unprofessionalism and extremely poor quality control of food output I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Said it would only be 40 minutes. Had to call 90 minutes later and they said it was made but forgot about it. Didn't get offered anything off for their mistake and now have to wait an extra minimum 10 minutes for them to make another one. I went with Domino's because the wait time was 40 min compared to Pizza Hut at 80 min. He said I'm not supposed to trust the estimated wait time...well then why post it!? That's the only reason why I went with them. Then he also said I can't trust the Tracker because that said it was done 30 min ago. So they shouldn't be advertising something that people rely on when ordering

Waited over 50 minutes for carside pickup. Then somebody told me the order wasn't started and it would be another 40-50 minutes. The app tracker never displayed an accurate time otherwise I would have never waited so long. The order was not large either - under $20. Terrible service (and app tracking) and all they did was offer to cancel the order.

I enjoyed the food but the delivery man was not enjoyable. He didn’t knock or notify us at all the he was at the door. Then when we did get up to check he had told us he had been waiting 5 minutes then he asked what no tip since he had been waiting. ? We then tipped him 10 dollars.

Not reflecting on the store or employees, but the automated system SUCKS. I was told it is impossible to speak to a living human being. Their system is AI driven to a call center. Personally, its absolute garbage. As a side note the employees, though they have no control act and respond to concerns with a "I DONT REALLY GIVE A ****" attitude.

Not a bad place for solid fast food. I like it.How many people out there realize that similarities between some hamburgers and pizzas. LOL ha-ha-ha.Bread product.Cheese product.Meat & mushroom products.Tomato products.Seriously, Domino's has always been a favorite of mine. I love all their loaded pizzas. The food is always great.

Good morning, I want to share a sad moment for my daughter annd I who suffer with a dairy allergy and the local store we will no longer support. I asked about adding an area online when ordering for allergy information for dairy and the girl said we don’t ask why no cheese, we don’t judge when order’s placed and I mentioned allergy and using clean equipment and her words were “if you had a severe allergy I suggest not coming here. We have no protocol in place for that.” We have been going to this location and have called making sure the allergy was aware previously with no attitude and I’m very disappointed in how she treated the situation. We will not be returning as a customer and one with an allergy which is not out of the normal nor should it be treated so rudely. I thought it to be fair to make you aware and hope that this is addressed for the next person who thought it was safe to eat your pizza.
