I have never in my life been treated like the way I was treated at JJ in Hartford Wi. I try so hard to be respectful and polite, to every service worker. Every time. it's a tough gig and it's how I paid my way through college.But the interaction I just had was unlike any experience I've ever had.. in my life. It rendered me completely speechless. I can't believe the way I was spoken to for asking the question "I'm sorry, is this a number 7?" And the worst part about it all is this little prick probably won't lose his job. No employee batted an eyelash. I live and work in Milwaukee and times are tough. I see the worst. But this place takes the cake. I'm a nurse who cares for children who are palliative or worse and these kids are our future. I just wanted a damn sandwich.Do better.

I ordered through the drive thru. They were fast, accurate, professional and the food was perfect. I had a simple order but I was in and out within 3 minute. I will be going back very soon. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere based ony experience.

I just purchased $50 worth of subs for my family. As we start to eat the subs we noticed the lettuce is rotting!! I usually don’t complain but for this kind of money these employees should know better!! Very disappointed we had to throw all of them in the garbage!

While my girlfriend and I were picking up our order from this establishment I was very displeased. I pulled up the drive thru to be told to wait. After a long 2 minutes he finally came to the speaker. I told him my name for the order pickup and he mocked me. He disrespectfully said my name. My name was actually in the top 5 names for the year I was born. I take pride in those statistics. The sub wasn't bad though.Thank you, have a terrible day
