What can I say, it's McDonald's. Ways the same, always good. And they actually had one person taking orders so we didn't have to use the awful kiosks!

Hit or miss on the quickness and the quality of food. When it's good, I'm glad I went (this doesn't depend on speed in which order is completed). When it's bad, idk why I ever decided to go to McDanks.

Yesterday, I received horrible service from this location. I am a Door Dasher. When I arrived the food was not ready, so I waited. I was not even acknowledged. No surprise, they never do. I saw no one was working on Door Dash orders for at least 7 minutes. I am not there to tell them to tell them to do there job. After 5 more minutes a very rude employee with a severely bad attitude (looked like it might have been a manager) told me the hold up was fries. So 12 minutes for fries? When the order was done, she didn't even apologize for the wait. I was livid. The longer we wait, the longer the customer waits. Plus, we may have a 10-15 minute drive after we get the order. Door Dash customers deserve the same respect as all others. I don't appreciate how this location is run.

Extremely rude employees ! The only employee who was nice and smile and actually spoke to me was a heavier set gentleman with red hair ! He should be training your employees ! The first gal at the drive thru acted as if I was bothering her and I was super nice and smiled at her and used the manners my parents taught me . The second window employee was extremely rude . Did not speak just handed me my food and had me waiting forever for a happy meal ! Spent $24 to be looked at in disgust but my kids were hungry . All I could hope is that the poor treatment wasn’t due to my skin color ! Been in Hartford since 2004 and have never been treated so bad . Mind you all of this taking place in front of my 11 year old daughter and 6 year old son ! Do better and retrain your employees !

I've eaten many times here! Best week day crew ever! Food is fast and hot. Drinks and fries are always full to the brim. Super friendly work crew. Weekend crew has more students, so that's the only time I'll have issues with quality and service.

I have very low expectations for a McDonald’s - but a one star is generous for this place. The layout sucks - there’s no clear indicator where the main door is (back by the drive through). The place is filthy and feels cluttered. You can’t get your own ketchup or napkins as they are kept behind the counter, so hopefully someone’s paying attention and you don’t wait forever for some napkins. The women’s bathroom had an overflowing toilet and I watched multiple people inform them and no one took care of it (at least for the 45ish min we were there). One of our kids burgers had 1 pickle, a chicken sandwich had 2 on top of each other and the chicken wasn’t fully on the bun or covered in sauce and the bacon lol what a joke. So if you are in Hartford for travel - just avoid this mistake of a McDonald’s and head to Culver’s! Hopefully your experience will be better than ours then.

We choose not to eat at McDonald's for the most part. But we know they have good coffee and elected to get some breakfast too. My wife and I are in our 50's and were what we feel talked down to like we where idiots. Very much not the same McDonald's I grew up on. Remember where you came from, and services with mild undertones of sarcasm is not a welcoming mat

The food is as good as any McDonald's. However, the wait times are insane. Routinely waiting 20-40 minutes in the drive-thru. I tried using the McDonald's app for curbside pick-up but ended up waiting so long I had to go to the drive-thru or just leave! How is this possible in what is supposed to be the quintessence of fast food? Culvers has a shorter wait and they supposedly make the food fresh! The food should be ready to go sitting in a heat cabinet or whatever! There are times where I just order a cheeseburger and fries but it's 20 minutes at least! Why for the love of god? Part of the problem is they never make anyone pull ahead into the designated drive thru parking spaces so those of us with small orders don't have to wait. I've been going there for almost a year now and I've never seen anyone park there. Just a crazy long drive thru line and empty parking spaces. It makes no sense! I suspect nobody wants to bring the food all the way outside. The only place to get your food quickly is Taco Bell!
