Poor rude service. Things were rang in wrong and we were treated as if we were the problem. Girl taking orders through drive through was obviously lacking training. No apologies just huffing and puffing because they needed to correct THEIR mistakes. Plenty of McDonalds around so no need to visit this one. Ever.

I have been to the Hartford McDonaldâs on numerous occasions and they have not ever gotten my order correct. Tonight⊠after repeatedly ordering the McCrispy and still got the McSpicy. Ridiculous!!!

My son got kicked out of the play place for being 12 years old even though The play place allows 12 years old and younger to play and the person who kicked him out was very rude. They also had horrible service. And rude employees and customers.

We pulled into the Hartford McDonaldâs and we were ordering out food and this autistic girl or idk took out order wrong and when we asked for a small drink and fry with our meal she said WE CANNOT DO THAT which yes you can, and her attitude was so bad and she sounded like she was on a roller coaster with that voice and my sister started recording and her voice got so much softer and my mom recorded and got more video. We also called to complain because of the costumer service and she picked up and hung up so this is horrible

Twice this week, we went to McDonald in Hartford WI for ice cream cones & were told the ice cream maker was down. Pretty disappointed in this heat.

Stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich Friday morning around 430am since their google page says they are open 24/7 everyday of the week.
Low and behold they are closed, I call and they answer but say they are not open 24/7. Please update your hours.
Also management, please stop with the cookie cutter copy and paste generic replies to reviews on here.

My Big Mac was very sloppy, to much sauce. There were mostly 1 to 1-1/2 pieces. They were good and very warm, but would have liked more longer fries. We had to wait more than 10 min to get food.
