I looked up the hours before I left and it said that drive through is open 24/7. I drive through the drive through, and sit there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one came. So I decided I'm not gonna waste my gas and money on a place that can't even help a costumer with what I was gonna get.(a large fry and some chicken nuggets.)

Says online "open 24 hours" and that it was confirmed 3 weeks ago by the buisness yet the last two times i go through they tell me that its closed at 11. Either change the times or get rid of these employees that are closing it early.

We always go there but they had five cops just sitting around in the parking lot. Asking questions to cars. We don’t want to go there with all that drama.EDIT: came at 11pm on a Tuesday night 3/5 and they weren’t closed but weren’t taking any orders

Just traveled through Hartford on our way home from a particularly hard day. Stopped in the drive thru and ordered 2-2a combo meals with drinks. We're told the price and move through the line. We get our stuff and no fries. I go back around and order a large fry. I get to the payment window and tell the teenage girl with the headset, "Hey I ordered 2 -2a meals, not just burgers and drinks. I got an eye roll and a "Well, I'm not the one that took your order." I was close to backing up the drive thru lane to talk to a manager. Your employees think they can be rude? I can be just as rude, but fortunately for her, I chose not to make her cry today. I won't be back, but I have a suggestion. Teach your employees to make a half chocolate, half shamrock, shamrock shake. When a customer asks and is told they can't do it, they either won't do it, or are too stupid to actually do it...

We think McDonald's is the best restaurant because it has a place set in it. Another reason is they have yummy shakes. For example the shamrock shake is the best. Also, the chicken nuggets are delicious. Some people think Noodles is better but we disagree because McDonald's has a playset and Noodles does not.

I visit McDonald's far more than I should admit, and the service and food quality can be all over the place from location to location, and visit to visit. That being said, as far as McDonald's goes, the Hartford location is the BEST.The employees at the Hartford McDonald's seem to pride themselves in doing their job well. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. The food is as fresh and hot as I've ever come across at a McD's. I've had very few issues with quality at this location and the few I have encountered have been met with quick resolution.The downside to this location is the parking and drive-thru situation are not ideal. It can be difficult to exit the parking lot when they are busy; there just isn't a lot of space.

It’s McDonalds! I don’t go there for food, service, or atmosphere. I go there for the cheap food. I like curbside pickup and that is ok. It’s better than doing the drive-thru but one guy took my order that said 4 on it to space with a 3 on it where a girl was and my name is pretty simple to understand I’m a guy!

I don't know why it says 24 hours online and at the store. Also why would you have an employee there to answer the phone late night early morning if your closed, just for her to say no we aren't open?
