Called to explain the mixup and they asked if they could call me back. 40 mins later they call and tell me how they will not make the order right. This place is straight trash.

I ordered takeout at the Hartford location of a medium 3 topping pizza and a family order of breadsticks with an extra sauce. The total was $17.07. I put a $3.00 tip on there. When I got my credit card statement, that tip had been changed from a $3 tip to a $63.00 tip!!!! That is theft and I will NEVER be back. I tried calling management and only got the calling center for orders. I tried 10 times to reach management but to no avail. I even reached out to my credit card and THEY could not reach management. I am angry that I am out $60 and have no recourse to recoup that money.

I like the food here. I was especially excited to get the stuffed crust and and bread sticks as it's been over a year since I had pizza hut. Unfortunately I think I'll wait another year since ordering was so infuriating that I didn't even bother. The website didn't work. It was slow and when it came to check out it wouldn't take my card info. The app was just as bad. I tried calling to order but it was obvious the lady taking phone calls didn't have English as a first language. She couldn't understand me and I could barely understand her. I didn't know pizza hut outsources their phone calls to foreign countries.

Refused to deliver to my address even though in delivery zone E05. Was ignored for 8 minutes when I showed up to get the pizza they refused to deliver. Gave me the wrong pizza. Finally found my pizza and it looked absolutely disgusting. WAY over priced and

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a drink. Spent $30 just for the driver to never show up. After trying to call the store multiple times and just being hung up on before getting the chance to speak I gave up for the night. The following day I just stopped in and ask for a supervisor to get my money back and explain what happened. The guy they claimed was a manager just huffed at me and was annoyed. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing and what he told me to do for the refund didn’t even work. I called after a few more days and got into contact with Glenn A. He was very helpful and offered to give me just a credit to the store for $30. This was the best offer he could give me and I appreciate him taking the time to help make the experience a little bit better! So shout out to Glenn A?

I had bought a pizza that was less than desired. A normal pizza has a 1 inch crust all the way around the pizza. The one I got had a 3 inch crust. But I was contacted by the manager today (Glen Anderson) and he apologized and gave me a 20 dollar credit. This has really turned my experience around. Normally I don't have issues but super glad he called to right the wrong.

Dominoes was closed for 3 days to update their systems and I wanted pizza. Placed order over the phone. Said would take 40 minutes. Pizza showed up after an hour and 20 minutes. Sauce was flavorless, pizzas were mediocre at best. Breadsicks were ok. Cinnamon rolls weren't that great. Wish Dominoes wasn't closed or would be nice if a rockys was closer. Pizza hut ain't making me crave their pizza at all with these flavors. Even jacks frozen pizza from walmart is better in my opinion and has more flavor. Total was arounds $38. I got 3 pepperoni pizzas, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, and a 2 ltr of Pepsi. Gave $45.

First I ordered this as a medium I had store credit. He didn't even know how to use it. Then he put the wrong sauce on I called and complained. He gave me a new one, and this is how it looks. He's all alone, but that does not give him. Excuse to make a pizza look like this when he's not even busy and under cooked.

Pizza was not cooked baked fully we paid 33 bucks for 2 medium pizzas that were disgusting and small i wont go here again thats dor sure very dissapointed in the service and quality of food.
We ordered 3 items. A pizza, a melt and cheese bread. Our order was delivered quickly. However we were missing the melt. Tried calling the store for about a half hour straight and no one answered the phone. Our pizza was horrible. It was just sauce and crust. Almost no cheese at all. The bread was dry and overcooked. This place should be embarrassed to even serve this garbage.

It said it was supposed to be delivered at 12:30ish right around there. 1:00 rolled around and no pizza. 1:15 rolled around and I called Pizza Hut a girl answered sweet but had an attitude. Told me she pawned me off to DoorDash and couldn’t help me and to contact them. Contacted them and was put on hold for 20 minutes then told they don’t know where the driver is but said it was delivered. It was not delivered. Called Hartford pizza but back to the same girl that answered told me they couldn’t do anything. Asked for a refund and she hung up on me. Needless to say next time I’d spend more money on dominoes to actually get my pizza. Btw they did charge me and I have not gotten a refund.

We ordered from here and the order came miss things-i eneded up going there to pick them up and get a credit for while order - weeks later ordered again with the credit -- got text messag saying we owed 18 bucks for outside delivery person which was a surprise - and order never came - called over and over and finally got an answer and actually had to cancel order
