This was my first time visiting Scoop Deville, and what a pleasure. The service was grest and so friendly. I loved the set up as it was just like the oldtime ice cream parlors. The malts and food were delicious. Excellent.

I stopped in Hartford to visit a family member and I was discovering the downtown area. I wanted some ice cream and stopped in to look around. I love the vintage parlor interior and the closed back area. They have gourmet sodas, candy, pints in the cooler ready to go. I got the 1 scoop mango ice cream and it was delicious! When I'm back in Hartford I'll get more then 1 scoop next time
Amazing ice cream!!? We came for ice cream on a whim and so glad we did. The service was great and the ice cream was fantastic. I will definitely stop again the next time I’m in town.

An adorable little dinner with absolutely delicious ice cream! We stopped in after shopping around downtown and the cake batter flavor was just what I needed to beat the heat
Parking: It is on a busy downtown street so you may have to park a few shops down and walk a block or so.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes only to have the employees ignore me. Customers came in after me and they helped them. I asked if I could be helped and they said “after I do this order”… i seriously wanted two buy two pieces of candy.
