Beware of this Starbucks, they may kill you. I have a food allergy. I asked them not to put whipped cream on a drink. They did anyway. When I pointed out their mistake they took it back with the intent of remaking it. They did not. They just scraped off the surface cream and left the whipped cream in the middle of the drink.I became ill. Thanks a lot.

The lovely older women with the cute blue and purple hair is truly such a pleasure. She is ALWAYS friendly and pleasant when she serves me. I'm not sure how much you pay your baristas, but that woman deserves a raise!

The services was fantastic! My order was done when I got to the window even though it was busy and there was a line at the drive through, (pretty normal for late afternoon), both drinks were delicious and nothing was wrong with my order! Big shout out to Izzy, (the person working at the drive through window at the time)! She was super sweet and super helpful! I wanted to add a gift card to my order and she was super sweet about it, showing me different designs she though looked right for the occasion. She never once acted short or rushed, giving above and beyond customer service even though it was busy. All in all, she was fantastic! Starbuck, if you're listening... she needs a raise!

Service is great, atmosphere is great. Nice location. Only thing is that food (since it’s microwaved) can get weirdly hard. Two sandwiches on two occasions had a really hard bun. Otherwise - great customer service!
Worst service I've ever experienced. 45 minutes waiting for 2 drinks that were sitting on the counter. My mom patiently waited and asked 3 different times for an update on the order and was brushed off/ignored by staff. I finally stepped in and asked for a refund, which we did receive, and were told at that point our drinks had been sitting on the Drive-thru counter. By the time we get our refund it had been practically an hour since ordering. Very disorganized and dismissive staff.. definitely not revisiting this location.

Went inside and it was horrible service it took five minutes to order a simple drink because they didn’t understand a vanilla latte then we waited almost 15 minutes for two drinks and a breakfast sandwich. I asked when it would be done and she said she had mobile orders to worry about as if mine didn’t matter. I had explained I still have to get going I just simply don’t mind getting out of the car rather than the drive thru which it would’ve been fine and gone if I went through the drive thru. I waited more 5 minutes later they gave me only my breakfast sandwich and then I asked about the rest and she proceeded to get an attitude with me as if it’s my fault for coming into the store. Every single one seemed so lost and literally knew nothing about customer service. 100% won’t go back I’ll drive to West Bend.
