On 3 different occasions this particular server had a reason not to serve me. I purposely went the 3rd time to see if my suspicion was correct and once again she told me what she didn’t have before I opened my mouth and watched as others weren’t approached the same way. I felt discriminated against as an African woman!

Went to subway at 8:35pm and the gate was closed and she was cleaning and putting away stuff and never got any food and she wasn't wearing a uniform or a hat or anything everytime it is open this employee never wears a hat and wear the most disgusting clothes instead of her uniform

As a sub shop how do you run out of lettuce? I went today and they were out of 6 items at 11:00 am. They were out of something the last 3 times I went there. Go to the good Subway on the east side of Hartford. This place is garbage. You ran out of lettuce in a Walmart! Lettuce is 35 steps away I paced it off for you morons. Not the employees fault. The owner is obviously disconnected or/and dumb. Really run out of lettuce?

Only 1 person working upfront, she helped a customer then checked them out. Never took off her gloves when giving previous customer change then went right into making my food. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would of made her wash and change her

I ordered two footlong subs through door dash. Picked out the veggies and everything. Food got delivered, bread was wrong, no biggie. But neither sandwich had meat. Are you serious? How do you forget the meat?!

Asked employee what time they closed. She asked me when tomorrow? No today. She replied 8:45-9. It was not even 8:30 yet. She was implying she wanted to leave and didn’t want to do any more orders. Said o okay so you close at 9. She shot back 8:45! Just overall rude and disrespectful to a simple question. Must have been having a bad day or had something to do after. Still not a good reason to be rude and disrespectful.
