Ok. I enjoy my Taco Bell but seems to me the service has decreased. I always order my nacho bell with no beans no sour cream and extra meat and cheese. I get charged for the extra meat and cheese but why is it that I never get the extra….. had thought maybe different servers or something but this has been happening regularly and it’s frustrating. May I get a reasoning for why this is happening?

This location is just awful. The customer service is mediocre at best. Either half of my items are missing or I have half of someone else’s order. Also, without fail EVERY single time I order something that requires a spoon fork or spork, I don’t get it with my order, napkins either. So I’m forced to finger eat my potatoes with nacho cheese and sour cream and then wipe my fingers and mouth with what?! When I call to complain I’m greeted with the infamous “we’ll do better next time” from the manager. I really really recommend avoiding this location if possible!

They got half of my order wrong. I asked for no lettuce on 4 tacos, and they gave me 4 cold tacos with lettuce that a small spoon full of meat that didn't even take up half the width of the taco shell.
Wrong tags on bags for door dash to pick up ---- got wrong order couldn't eat it even - and 2nd time bad experience - will NEVER order or eat there again -- good thing Quedoba moved in

Everytime i go to this Taco Bell, the lady in the drive thru (Julia? Julie? Always has fun colored hair!) is always so upbeat and perky. Love her attitude and she always answers my questions without making me feel stupid. I told the manager tonight how great she is and I’d figured I’d share my experience on here. And the food was awesome. Love me some Taco Bell.

Ordered the steak Chalupa combo w/ crispy taco. I always park & eat the taco right away while still crunchy, and after checked the chalupas to make sure they were steak. Both were cold and the shells felt like cardboard; had to microwave at home nearly a minute to soften them up. Paid extra for spicy ranch and got jipped on the amount. It was late night, but that’s no excuse for producing subpar food.
