The sausage pizza was one of the worst pizzas I ever had, no flavor. I ate one slice couldn’t eat any more. My wife only could take two bites. Gave it to the dogs.

Had a takeout order placed on Friday 8/16. Had to wait a bit in the lobby as it was busy. No big deal they were a bit behind. However, what I saw on the make line was nasty. Won't be eating here again. A few employees had hats on. One didn't - He was sitting there sweating. He proceeds to wipe the sweat off the side of his head with the palm side of his hand. Through the greasy hair. Then reaches into the toppings and continues to build pizzas. No gloves on anyone back there. Didn't wash his hands. No more - that's so nasty. Why are they not wearing gloves?!?

Today Tuesday 21, the who I assume is the closing manager, had the door locked 20 minutes before close, I had to sit and pound on the door to get his attention to pick up my order. When he finally realized I was there I asked my order, he said “I think that got picked up already…..sorry”, didn’t check to see if it was there. He then turns around to go back to doing what ever it was that he was doing. $30 pissed down the drain. I’m not coming back here.

Really enjoyed tonight's pizza and bread sticks! Brought back good memories! Employee who helped us was informative and pleasant, even stopped by Asian Kitchen and tried the Orange chicken on his recommendation. He was correct, it was very good

Things have definitely changed at Papa John’s. Used to receive a sauce & seasoning pocket w/ purchase of a pizza. I paid for two extra, but only got one. The Honey Pepper wings were disappointing; they weren’t spun in the sauce, but rather a small amount placed on each wing (HINT: wings taste better when covered by the sauce and allowed to settle in!). The pepperoni pizza (+ additional pepperoni) I ordered fell far short of adequate coverage of slices on the pizza. I had to add more when I got home. At least the order was ready when I arrived.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered several pizzas online for my daughter's birthday party, and when I arrived to pick up the order I was told they wouldn't accept cash. After explaining I didn't have a credit card with me and that it was a 20 minute drive home, the woman refused to let me pay, telling me my only option was to make a 40 minute round trip to go get a card.I continued trying to rationalize with her the absurdity of the situation, and she ultimately told me to leave the store.Needless to say, a horrible customer experience.
Whole family got sick within hours of eating.It appears this location is not practicing proper food handling.

Ordered one large pepperoni and pineapple pizza. When we arrived to pick it up the manager said we upgraded you to stuffed crust at no extra charge. Unfortunately, that’s not what we ordered, or were in the mood to eat.Instead of apologizing the guy who did this and the cashier were both rude and unapologetic. He was upset he would have to make us the pizza we ordered through their app. So we sat there for another 15 minutes while he made us what we originally ordered.Zero offer of a refund, no apology, nothing. We will never come back here and I suggest you do the same. We’ve had zero issues at dominos in Oconomowoc. Whoever owns this location….good luck.

I ordered papa John’s for pickup the other night and it was absolutely terrible. The pizza was only halfway cooked and still raw. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I wish I had noticed before I drove all the way home. Do yourself a favor and avoid this papa John’s at all cost.
