“Everything we purchased, BOTH times in 4 days, was amazing! Especially numerous brat flavors, maple breakfast sausage, and several varieties of bacon (even cinnamon). Love the crab dip also! We will be back to the area to stock up, next trip already planned! 😊“

“Absolutely Outstanding Experience!
Chef Ray and his staff were AMAZING from start to finish. From the initial consultation call to the consistent updates throughout the planning process, and finally the flawless execution of our wedding meal—everything was truly 10/10.
We booked Chef Ray sight unseen and food untasted, having only ever spoken with him over the phone—due to our wedding venue being 9 hours from where we lived— and we are so glad we did. His professionalism, warmth, and confidence immediately put us at ease, and he absolutely delivered on every promise.
Our wedding was an intimate 40-person celebration at a private venue. Chef Ray and his team cooked everything fresh on-site, and the food was outstanding. They prepared an incredible steak—perfectly cooked and tailored to a variety of tastes—and also created a stunning cocktail hour charcuterie board that our guests are still raving about!
Many of our guests—and we wholeheartedly agree—said it was one of the best wedding meals they have ever had.
They were also completely on board with our idea to use all vintage china and serving dishes instead of their standard catering platters. Not only did they embrace the vision, but they carefully washed all the dishes afterward and even packed up the leftovers for us—going above and beyond at every step.
Chef Ray helped us create a personalized menu that perfectly suited our tastes. The entire team was personable, funny, and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. They even offered to serve our champagne for the toasts, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
