I recommend any item on the menu, because, every item I’ve tried has been filled with so much flavor and fullness that I keep returning to try a different item. Great fast service as well. Very friendly!
I work in the industry, so I hate putting a place on blast, but jeez. it was awful. I always thought it was an old adage that the steak was tough as old shoe leather, but I finally experienced it. The tenderloin sandwich was inedible. The bourbon sauce was good, but couldn't make up for the fact that the meat could barely be cut with a sharp steak knife. How do you make tenderloin that tough? I ate here 4 times in the past 5 days of my week long vacation to the beautiful Northwoods. I’ve had the schnitzel and the Italian beef previously during past vacations and they were just as delicious as I remembered them to be. The new to me menu items that I tried this time around were the weekly special German-inspired burger and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich.
