Fast Food Restaurants in Hayward

Owner contacted me right away and made things right. The delivery system is still goofy, and I recommend not using it until Door Dash becomes more reliable in Hayward.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Do not order delivery! It won't show up and they won't refund you unless you want to jump through hoops and come into the store when a manager is working. Should be able to handle a simple refund right away over the phone. Very disappointed in the managers passing the blame.“

Despite being slammed, he was super friendly, polite, and even offered to take a minute to help us make sure my daughter’s birthday cake would be personalized. He’s helped us before and was equally as pleasant then as well. Thank you, Devin!“

“A good little McDonald's. They were clean, polite, fast, and our order was perfect. Back home in Nebraska they stopped selling the bagel breakfast years ago, which is something that I have missed as it is the only thing from McDonald's that I like. We are on vacation and stayed the night in Hayward. Needing a quick bite to eat for breakfast, my mother, daughter and I stopped here. And I couldn't believe it, they had the breakfast bagel sandwich. It was everything I remembered it being. ?“

“Food and service was good. I felt bad a bit for the guy working. He was all by himself. Despite the fact that he was pretty busy when we stayed that way for quite some time hes still was very thorough with our orders. He did a great job for being by himself!“
