I ordered a big Mac 10 piece nuggets with an ice water and ketchup packets for my nuggets. They have me pull up to the first waiting spot. They give me a big Mac and a six piece nugget and a four piece nugget no ketchup, no napkins and no drink, I politely asked the guy I ordered an ice water and there’s no ketchup or napkins in here he goes in. Drive through is a joke! Sat in line for over 15 minutes… 5 vehicles from the “outside” order lane were served while only 2 vehicles from the “inside” lane were able to place an order and move forward.
I ordered on b the app and selected table delivery and put in outright table # . The app said sit back and relax and will bring food to table. Waited and waited no food. Went to counter and food had been sitting there for who knows how long. Asked the cashier about my order and she pointed to it. I told her I ordered table delivery and her response was they never deliver to the table. She never asked if we washed a replacement of food was cold, it was Luke warm.
