Rolled in at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night. A gentleman named Chuck did a great job. Clearly cared about what he was doing, and happy to accommodate my requests. He sorted through the bread and found me a fresh loaf. Chuck is a credit to the organization. The world needs more Chucks.
I was that person that showed up 10 minutes to closed. I apologized because we had just got in to town and were starving. I kept our order simple because I'm not a dbag. I tipped well. Food was great.

Owner contacted me right away and made things right. The delivery system is still goofy, and I recommend not using it until Door Dash becomes more reliable in Hayward.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Do not order delivery! It won't show up and they won't refund you unless you want to jump through hoops and come into the store when a manager is working. Should be able to handle a simple refund right away...
