Unfortunately we didn't know that they don't take credit cards until we saw the sign on the entryway. We didn't have cash so we didn't get to stay and eat.

A must when traveling to Wisconsin. Unique tavern, great food and drink. I will purposely travel to eat there and do at least once a year.
Great fish fry
A wonderful place for a Friday Fish Fry.
Food was hot and great tasting.

We've stopped in a couple times and really enjoyed the place. It's a small country tavern that's right down our alley. The only thing to be aware is that they only take cash. No plastic.

What a gem! The staff is fun and friendly. We went for prime rib dinner on Thursday.we got there early, although dinner service starts at 5 PM, so while we waited, we ordered the portobello mushrooms appitizer (delicious) to snack on and played some games. We were so happy with the prime rib as well. It was cooked perfectly, and the fresh horseradish they provided on request was also incredible. 👌
