Tess & her breads are Fabulous! I've been ordering from In With the Good for 2+ years now, since we moved here, and went looking for healthy local eats. Her sourdough is the best!!
Tried the cranberry walnut bread from Oshkosh Farmers Market. Beautiful loaf, lots of nuts and fruit. Great for a home baker running a small business. Wish it was a little less chewy and more of an open crumb. Do the bread justice by toasting it, better than anything you would get at Breadsmith or any grocery store.
What a great find! My husband and I tried this bread while in town from Portland, OR as we are big fans of sourdough and we LOVE it! The tang is more subtle than most of the west coast sourdoughs so you know you're eating sourdough without being overwhelmed like with the store bought breads or what we get out west. The crust is also much softer and easier to get into so we are able to eat this as our every day bread. We keep it in the fridge so it lasts longer, then toast...
