We have been here an hour and still did not get our food. I could understand if they were packed and busy, but they aren't. People that came in 45 minutes after us got their food. Not a good way to keep customers. I will not come here for dinner again. Our order was taken at the same time as another table, that table is done eating and we still haven't gotten our food.

It would be good to have slow service because we had none. We sat at a table for 25 minutes waiting to order drink and fish supper. Finally got up and left. Nobody even came to the table to check. We were the only ones at a table. There’s a note on tables that says order at bar. If I wanted that I would go to Culver’s. We went to Loony Bin got great service. If they don’t change there won’t be a Phat Bobs. The food is very good if you could ever get it.

Used to love working here when it was big swede's just a few years ago. Always a fun place to work and eat, plus the paddle boats were great.

Wanting to have lunch we decided to pull over at big swede's and Reuben sandwich very very good highly recommend fun place the kids would like it too it's better at night when it's adult
