celebrating a 50th anniversary, food service and venue was awesome

Stopped in later evening and didn't have the high quality we were used to. Fish dinner was good but baked potato came out cold ( wouldn't even melt butter) and didn't help the vent near the window we were at was blowing supper cold air.

Very clean supper club. Nice, fresh salad bar with multiple cold pasta options! Their cod dinner was fresh & their ribeye was seasoned nicely & cooked to near perfection. My husband & I were impressed with the very friendly service & overall experience! We will be back. 5 stars all around.

Went for a Sunday breakfast buffet and it was all great! The service was wonderful, drinks were great, and the eggs were amazing!! Best breakfast I've had in a long time. One suggestion though would be an option for cheese sauce instead of just shredded cheese, but it's still really really good.

Went there for the Father’s Day buffet. When we first sat down the water glass had a lip print on it. Not lipstick but possibly chapstick. The food was cold even though they had the burners under the dishes. The food had no flavor. I went to get my own coffee and was told I should ask the waiter for coffee. The waitress never came around to ask how things were. We had to go back up and get our own coffee again. I had my 10 month old there that was somewhat fussy and then the waitress finally came around and stuck her face in my baby’s face and said “what’s got you so upset” in more of a passive aggressive tone. I was excited to share this special day with my dad, grandpa, husband and son plus other family and it was just a bust.

I had the blackened chicken fillet last night. It was not good. Baked potato was cold and hard. Wouldn’t even melt the butter. Don’t know what the blackened spice was but really not good. Salad bar was very good and our waitress was excellent. But sorry to say we won’t be back.

Went for Mother’s Day Buffet. I have never had a worse buffet main items were processed turkey roll, mini corn dogs, cod [which was ok but bland], tenderloin tips which were so dry they tasted like liver. Sides were rice[ ok], processed Mac and cheese, dry and bland mashed potatoes, carrots and canned corn, rolls and creamed turkey gravy. No fresh fruit or vegetables almost everything was processed. You did get a free piece of cheesecake and this was 30 a plate. I will never go back. Totally disappointed, quality was not there. Oh you were also able to go to small salad bar which only offers 3 dressings. You would have thought for price more effort could have been made. Disappointed

Best salad bar, to die for tenderloin tips, our battered chicken is my personal favorite!!! The list goes on and on!!!

Drugan’s has become our favorite restaurant that is in close proximity to Winona, MN. The food is very affordable and the service excellent.

Had chicken liver dinner. It didn't have the onions and mushrooms in it as advertised and I know there was not a full order cause I usually have leftovers and I get filled up.
Called to inform and Mike Drugan said he would make it right. Wanted my address what for I dont know cause I haven't seen anything in the mail nor have I heard back from him by phone. We just started going back to Drugans because of this kind of thing in the past. Guess it's time to wash our hands of their food and spend money elsewhere. Been over a week now and haven't heard or seen anything from Mike.
☆Been reading some of the reviews. Seems to be lots of problems with the food. But no backup plan or refunds or meals replaced. I'll definitely be taking my business to a more competent place to eat.

Sorry to say food was cold or warm at best. Waitress never checked if everything was good.

Cool supper club atmosphere. All of our food was lukewarm. Including the baked potatoes. Prime rib was tough and lacked flavor. Same for the ribs.
