McDonald's in Holmen

“Customer Service was AMAZING!!! My wife has been collecting some of the World Cup Squishmallows, so we stopped a different McDonald's first and asked what did they have so we didn't get the same one and they completely refused to even look (we were the only customers in line, so they weren't busy). I decided to call this McDonald's and spoke to Cowen who took 2 minutes to go look and had a detailed list of all there options, he even told me when ordering we could request a specific squishmallow if they had it, he was incredibly polite and professional. My wife drove to this location and the individual at the front counter (apologize didn't get his name) was also extremely helpful and polite and let her know the different available options. The workers here are wonderful, respectful, polite & patient. Thankyou for taking the extra minute to go above and beyond.“

“It's clean. It doesn't have much atmosphere to speak of. It's pretty sterile in that. I've never had a problem with the food here. It's always been hot and pretty good for fast food. I've always gotten my orders correctly. The one a bit further south was always getting our orders wrong. To the point I quit going there.“
