I got an empty box? Ordered delivery due to the house having head cold and laying down. I asked if they could deliver covid style to the back door on the bench and ring the bell, she said of course then getting off the call she wished us well soon! Within 20 minutes the bell rings, I get to the back door and notice an extra box! Concerned it was food not intended for us I check it immediately its empty. It was cusion box so our hot food wouldn't get cold and wet on the bench! Just too sweet and considerate this staff is, thank you, Horicon Dominoes Team!

Delivery order was almost 30 minutes late. Missed the window for lunch for our meeting. Did not hear from restaurant about any updates - had to call and ask myself. Very unfortunate. Do not expect timely service.

When we received the pizza, it was over cooked and Luke warm. The cheesy bread was fine but was very disappointed in the Pizza. It didn't take long to get the pizza from when we ordered, but it was like it had been done ahead of time and left to sit out. Very Disappointed!!!

I placed an order for 6 pizzas around noon on a Saturday. I was worried that my order would take a long time. Instead the order was done in less than 20 minutes, it was correct, and it was hot and ready for pickup when I arrived. I've seen the poor reviews, but wanted to make sure I posted that I had a great experience.

We stopped at this Dominos after a long day of hiking, on our way back to our campsite. The pizzas looked and tasted great! The staff were obviously very busy during a rush but still managed to be friendly and helpful!

I have ordered the BBQ chicken pizza for years at several locations. Unfortunately I just got one from the a Horicon store. It had double the amount of BBQ sauce. The toppings were all falling off because of having too much sauce on there. When I called the store and said that it's inedible, the manager in charge was rude and asked What do you want me to do about it? I politely said Nothing but you need to be aware. Because if it happens to me, it will happen to other's. Obviously he didn't care. That's fine. But I was thinking it was someone new. He said no. Ok so I said Thank you and good night. I feel that if you go here, be prepared to have the items be different than other stores!

Food is always good. It is never ready when it supposed to be. Most of the time when I show up to pick it up they are starting it because they didn't see the order. Doesn't matter how much time they have,have placed order hours in advanced. Few other cars in the lot. Always excusses.
