I have ordered the BBQ chicken pizza for years at several locations. Unfortunately I just got one from the a Horicon store. It had double the amount of BBQ sauce. The toppings were all falling off because of having too much sauce on there. When I called the store and said that it's inedible, the manager in charge was rude and asked What do you want me to do about it? I politely said Nothing but you need to be aware. Because if it happens to me, it will happen to other's. Obviously he didn't care. That's fine. But I was thinking it was someone new. He said no. Ok so I said Thank you and good night. I feel that if you go here, be prepared to have the items be different than other stores!

Food is always good. It is never ready when it supposed to be. Most of the time when I show up to pick it up they are starting it because they didn't see the order. Doesn't matter how much time they have,have placed order hours in advanced. Few other cars in the lot. Always excusses.

My family and I always get pizza from here. The best times to get pizza are on Fridays and Saturdays, and there is definitely a lack of management on Sundays as there is a discrepancy in the quality of the food and the customer service that you're going to receive. If you stay away on Sunday, this place is awesome! Good service, good food, any typically ready when it should be!

I have ordered from this specific location hundreds of times the last few years and I feel like there is always an issue. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve been incredibly polite, tipped over 50%, and been understanding when they are busy and take a while to get orders out. Today I had ordered a singular pasta for pickup. i ordered a pasta with spinach and green peppers and alfredo sauce. I tipped 500% at the window, and when I got home and opened my pasta It was only meat and noodles. I understand mistakes happen, so I called the store and they offered a remake if I came and picked it up, or store credit. I said I would come pick it up and that was that. I go to pick up my order and when i open the pasta once again, it was the smallest bread bowl i’ve ever seen in my life. it was truly comical i had to take a picture of the first screw up for comparison… I’ve been overly polite tipped nice and everything else and somehow it’s never right. as someone who’s worked food service their whole life, I would not recommend this location at all to anyone even as a last resort in this middle of nowhere town lol.
The last four orders have all been screwed up. It was burnt, forgot the salad, it was undercooked, and this last time requested square cut not pie. I'll be happy to change my reading if they do something to compensate

The last 4 times I've ordered delivery, pizza takes almost an hour to arrive and has been cold when it finally arrived. The other night we decided to order pickup. Almost 2 hours before our pizzas were ready. The quality of the pizzas has really gone downhill as well. They're dry and bland. The chicken is barely there and what you do get is hard. Not sure we are going to risk it by ordering again.
