Good food, good drinks all in all great time

We had a wedding rehearsal here last week with about 40 people. I can't say enough good things about this place, the food and manager Rene who did this event and made everything was so easy and awesome. The taco bar was absolutely delicious and was kept fresh and restocked at all times. Rene was so helpful and attentive and made sure there was no issues with anything. I would absolutely book another event there anytime!!

Very friendly staff and great customer service. We went on Wednesday and they have a Smash burgers special, $2 for a single, $4/double, and $6 dollar triple!!

The best gluten free pizza around!! Great service! Everyone was super friendly! Plenty of parking both on street and off street. There’s even a game room for the kids!

We ordered 2 burgers, and being 1/2#, they were prepared medium well and medium.....well the medium well well done, no juice/red or flavor!

This was addressed with the waitress and she didn't apologize, said said she'll talk with the cook.

Additionally, we went to the bar to get our second round of drinks because nobody came back and asked how the food was and see if we needed anything.

Lastly, we were interrupted, and asked if we wanted to pay while we were still eating.... really.

They need better training on how to address customer needs and not disregard what keeps their doors open.

We waited 2 hours for food because they forgot to put our ticket in. They compensated us by giving us $6 off and they took the sodas off, only 2 of the 5 people were drinking soda. I got a sandwhich which was ok, but the homemade chips are terrible, neither of us who got the chips ate them. So my first time going to Otter Creek will definitely be my last.

Chile was great, menu said $2 to add sweet potato fries, they charged $3 and I got 12 small fries. They charge 50cents ea topping for chile. That’s just wrong. Wrap was more lettuce than anything else.
