I ordered ONE sub and ONE drink. I live less than a mile away. My order was placed at 12:30. It's now 1:20. I called to check on it at 1:06 and they said it was on its way. 20 more minutes later, and it's STILL NOT here!
Won't be ordering again.
Called and placed my 15 sandwich order in advance and the manager let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we got there all the food was ready (even 5 minutes early) I had to place another 5 sandwiches and they were ready in minutes. I thanked the manager Jocelyn for getting this order made for us so fast on short notice and she thanked us for ordering and calling in advance. I am choosing to social distance and wear a mask even though I am double
vaccinated. IMPOSSIBLE TO DO HERE. Not one employee was masked nor were any of the patrons, only me. The tables were full and the waiting line for the sandwiches were shoulder to shoulder. Granted that is some of the patrons fault but the store could encourage good health practices. I could still get COVID or be asymptomatic and give to others.
