Definitely a nice place in downtown Hudson to have a meal or some drinks. A few friends and I went there for lunch and sat in the sort of semi outdoor porch area in the back. It was quite nice. The food was terrific and the service was great! I am from the New York metro area and can be a bit of a food snob. But, I must say the reuben sandwich I had was as good as any. I gave only four stars for atmosphere just because, as nice as Barker's is, it really is just a bar / restaurant....
Fish and chips were delicious! The fries were the big winner here. The server was spot on! The atmosphere was definitely friendly. Highly recommend! ?

One request, if you haven’t already done it. The Impossible Burger used to come on a vegan bun and then didn’t. Any chance you can make that happen again?
