Bricks has some of the best wood fire pizza that I have ever had. The crust was absolutely perfect on each of the three pizzas that we ordered. We got the focaccia di robiola as an appetizer. The creamy cheese spread was delicious. We also got the Capricciosa, Hot Honey, and Luna pizzas. All of them were unbelievable and had the best quality toppings.
It was love at first bite!
As soon as I walked in I could tell these people really care about what they're doing.
This is now one of my favorite pizza places in Wisconsin, and I get all over. Flavors are on point, service is very warm and friendly, in a very clean, inviting environment.
The only constructive criticism I have is I'd like the crust to be a little more firm a foundation, but when it tastes this good I'm ok with it

Run don't walk! We have passed this place a dozen times and i'm not sure why! This is easily the best pizza I have ever had.In my life! I lived in Chicago for a few years. And hit lots of pizzerias, this reminds me of back there. Wow, the crust on the Pizza is amazing. They offer fantastic combinations for everyone. I have to say you must check this place out.
