We ordered cookies tonight on Halloween. There was no online notification or anything that noted that Crumbl would be closing early. However when we arrived, they had just closed tonight and there were two workers there. We tried to get their attention so they could at least cancel our order and they both ignored us. When they finally opened the door there was an older lady in the back who was extremely rude. We were told by another worker to come back tomorrow “when they are less crabby”.

I don't blame the workers, they were all super friendly. But there was only 3 of the 6 options available when we came in. It's a bummer when this happens, and why? Short staffing?

I ordered cookies for delivery today.And they arrived all messed up and half of the stuff stuck to the Top of my box.. I tried calling the store twice with no resolve. Nobody answers the telephone. I left 2 messages. Nobody returned my calls.. The oreo cookies were supposed to have birthday sprinkles but as you can see they do not.
