The cookie itself was very delicious and good. But the customer service was awful. We waiting over 30 minutes for a singular chocolate chip cookie that I could have walked back and grabbed myself honestly. I watched many different customers RETURN after leaving with their cookies, with problems. I watched one of the workers continuously walk back and fourth wiping her note with her gloves on and then touching cookies and doing almost nothing. I love the cookies but I will not return to this specific location. I am beside myself.
