My wife and I have a profound appreciation for sushi, and our standards are admittedly high. Nevertheless, this establishment has consistently surpassed our expectations. The quality and creativity evident in their specialty rolls, in particular, are unparalleled, marking some of the finest we have ever enjoyed. Their ability to consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences speaks volumes of their dedication to excellence in sushi craftsmanship.
Best Sushi in Hudson and a great Hibachi Menu as well, great service every time and a comfortable dining room with a full service Bar as well, generous portions never a problem leaving satisfied

My favorite spot for great service and incredible food. Whenever my family's in town, we go to Sapporo. The restaurant can be crowded at times, but the dim lights and comfortable seating makes any table feel intimate. I've been a dedicated Angry Dragon roll girl for many years (I love the combination of creamy and crunchy), but I recently tried the BMW roll and I may need to switch my allegiance.
