Just got back from this nice experience.
Great service, great food, freshness of the products, this exactly what to expect in a sushi place.
Never hesitate, we had the sushi/sashimi for 2 platter. Outstanding!!!!! Plus the Mizo soup, plus a salad bowl. Thanks again.

This is such a gem! The food is excellent. So good that we keep going back weekly. My friend has a shellfish allergy, no problem. The atmosphere is pleasant and easy to hear and be heard. The service is awesome. Also, the restaurant is so clean.
Food and service were good. Atmosphere was ok. Overall would definitely eat here again.

Sapporo Japanese Restaurant is a great dining option in Hudson, known for its delicious and beautifully presented food. The menu offers various options, including shrimp, scallops, steak, and sushi, all highly praised by customers. The sushi is consistently excellent with incredibly fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared sashimi. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, creating a consistently positive dining experience. The teriyaki steak is a must-try, and many enjoy the Hudson roll & steak fried rice. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and a fully stocked drink menu. Although slightly pricier than other Japanese restaurants in the area, it offers authentic Japanese cuisine and easy parking. Overall, Sapporo Japanese Restaurant is an excellent choice for a memorable dining experience.
