My favorite spot for great service and incredible food. Whenever my family's in town, we go to Sapporo. The restaurant can be crowded at times, but the dim lights and comfortable seating makes any table feel intimate. I've been a dedicated Angry Dragon roll girl for many years (I love the combination of creamy and crunchy), but I recently tried the BMW roll and I may need to switch my allegiance. If you've never had eel sauce, I'd say give it a try! It's salty, rather than fishy, and brings a deep umami flavor that makes each bite feel like a savory hug. There's not a single bad item on the menu, and I can guarantee there's something there for everyone.

The food prepared here is amazing, really great little sushi place and the staff are always so kind. The regular and sushi chefs always have their work cut out for them, as the place is always packed!Sometimes it feels a little too-packed, and can get very noisy. Great option for date night, but be prepared to spend most of your time enjoying the food and staring lovingly into your date's eyes instead of chatting.

Usually, my fiancé and I love it here and always have an amazing time/great food. However, tonight, the word dissatisfied doesn't even begin to cover it. We ordered for pick up, and it said pick-up time would be 5:26. Knowing it's Valentine's Day, and seeing how crazy busy it was, he waited 20 minutes to go get our food. He was in that restaurant for about an hour and a half, and not once was he even acknowledged. He ended up leaving foodless. I understand being crazy busy on Valentine's Day and that the employees are probably extremely stressed and overwhelmed and just want to be with their loved ones as well, I get all of that I really do, but its just terrible customer service and rude to not even acknowledge people.I really do hope that this is just a "today" issue and not the new norm:(
