I know you are short staffed, but my goodness things have really gone downhill with your service. I was there over lunch today and it took 15 min to get my sandwich! I feel like the staff you do have are ill-trained and have absolutely no sense of urgency! There was a lot of confusion on the line with a lot of standing around. The quality of your food is fine. I just ask you focus on being less freaky fast and more accurate. Over the past few months we have ordered six times approximately for delivery. Five of those orders have resulted in the customized sandwich being wrong, the chips not being delivered or the pickles not being delivered. Once or twice I get it, mistakes happen, but this is becoming a consistent pattern. Please take the time and refocus on getting it right over getting it fast....read full review
Maybe if the parking lot was actually plowed the drivers wouldn't have to shovel their cars out for each delivery.
I understand its a big snowstorm but next door buisness' had their lots so people could actually drive in them.
