Great tasting coffee and the workers are always in an amazing mood! It's the perfect treat for a weekday morning on the way to work.

Love love love JtG! Delicious, organic coffee locally sourced and so many options for flavors! They partner with a local bakery for the pastries. The monthly speciality drinks are always fun themed. Jess, Suzi, Aimee, and Lauren are so friendly and they are so genuine- when they ask, they do want to know how you're actually doing. They do fundraising and support local businesses and causes in the community. So good we always have a tab open.

Would rate 4.5 stars if I had the option to because the prices is quiet high. But I'll let this one slide and rate 5 stars because their coffee and bakery are delicious!

This coffee stop is a gem in the St. Croix Valley. I lived in Minneapolis for almost two decades and have struggled to find good coffee shops (with accessible hours for working folks). We lived in Hudson for a year and discovered this place; ever grateful. The owners and staff are friendly and always brighten my morning. The coffee is perfection, and treats an added bonus. Highly recommend starting your day at Joe To Go and supporting a diverse, amazing, small business!

Joe to Go is our favorite coffee place, we stop in whenever we are in Hudson. My hubby especially likes that so many of the drinks can be made sugar free!

Good coffee but don't believe in supporting gay places. Make up your own mind and beliefs, but in my belief children need to be taught it's wrong !!!

These gals are some of the cheeriest girls you’ll ever meet on an early morning!Their coffee Is phenomenal . We lived in Hudson for years before I even noticed this shop ??‍♀️??‍♀️Once we did we never turned back! Everything is always done perfectly and tastes delicious! And I love that they partner with sweet beet bakery! (Because I miss their shop downtown)

So first I have to say that normally this place is amazing, we live in the twin cities and whenever we cross the border and Joe to Go is open we stop there because their coffee is outstanding, which is why this morning was so disappointing. We got Hawaian Dreams, a favorite, but both our coffees were under flavored, at first we thought maybe they hadn’t been stirred or mixed, but a lot of juggling in the car and stirring with a straw did nothing to improve it. The coffee had a bitter after taste too, when previously I would say their coffee is the smoothest I had ever tasted. We also ordered a cruller, it was so sad: dry, flavorless, and the glaze was nearly liquid so an absolute mess. I noticed that they had Sweet Beet Bakery products instead of Bread Art, This place is not it, normally I don’t order bakery with my coffee, but previously their items were so good we would here , but after trying something from this new bakery I wouldn’t in the future. There was a barista that I had never seen before today, given that we aren’t super regular customers I can’t say if they were just starting out or not. I am posting with the hope that the next time we come back we will have the outstanding coffee and experience, which we have become accustomed to.
