First time ordering take-out pizza today. I am Celiac so gluten free. When I asked about how they prep gf pizzas, I was blown away at the knowledge and care taken when prepping and baking. Crust made off-site, toppings added off line, fresh from the back so no cross contamination, and cooked in the same ovens BUT in their own gf containers! Every time we are in Hudson we definitely order food from them. It’s consistently excellent. We have only had the pizza and chicken tenders, and will try other items on our next visit. We don’t order from anywhere else since we found them!
