Stopped in for the first time and tried the Smokehouse chicken nachos, the American Gothic IPA, and the limited Blueberry Firkin. All good but I was most impressed with the staff. Very knowledgeable, personable, and came across as genuine great humans!! We will be back!!
Great beers here. The maple lager is smooth and good, but the French toast ale is *chef kiss*. We also tried the loaded cornbread and it was amazing! They should package and sell that butter they put on top.
It's a 40 mile drive for us to Pitchfork but well worth the drive! Mike, the brew master does an amazing job with the brews produced. Staff is awesome, very generous with their sampling! Love how they use the grains for the pizza crusts, so good. Highly recommend this brewery, beer is excellent and hard to choose which one to drink!
