I'm a sous chef and that simple burger impressed me, fresh ingredients, the burger was cooked exactly how I ordered it which isnt happening these days at most restaurants I've been to. Plus, the employee who put in my order was friendly, knew how to hold conversation, and was fun to talk with. Great experience all around.

While staying in Hudson for work, I was so happy to find Protein House. It’s a relief to find a healthy option while traveling. I had the SHRDD salad. It was fresh, tasty and huge! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went there for the first time with my family, looking for healthier options.

I ordered the Mediterranean Wrap and air fries it was delicious. I was not able to eat the whole wrap . I had enough for left overs.

I ordered the peanut butter cookies , they wear surprisingly delicious not over powering with sugar.I could not eat them all at once. My daughter didn't care for them because they were not sweet enough.
