Took at least 20 minutes to get food and pull out. Lettuce on burger when I asked for no lettuce. Chicken tender basket was drowning in sauce! So much to the point where it was leaking out sides and bottom. Made a huge mess, could not even eat due to how excessive the sauce was. DO NOT waste your money or time.

DQ—is this a joke? You had me pay for a rotting vegetable salad, with chicken strips so hard they cracked my tooth; A member of management needs to speak to me, this isn’t okay. My roommate couldn’t even trust them to get our order right, and shocker, they didn’t.Had he not said anything, I would have walked away with likely more rock-nuggets and stale fried food.I can think of a few people I’d recommend this place to, but nobody I respect.

They haven’t changed their menu signs since December. The candy chill blizzard is not the blizzard of the month. Also the manager was very rude over the headset kept cutting us off while we were ordering. Will be going to Bessemer dq from now

I had top notch service tonight in the drive thru picking up my order. Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Food is delicious too! Hot and fresh!
In and out for lunch on occasion. Could use a cardiology appointment but that's just genetics and poor life choices talking.
