I love the country gravy that comes with the chicken strips, in the last 12 years every Dairy Queen I visit does not serve the gravy, the only place that has it is in my former home town, Three Rivers, MI, so on mine and my husbands 10 year wedding anniversary we explored the far north west corner of the U.P. And ended up in Wisconsin lol saw Dairy Queen and received a anniversary present 😀..Thank you the food was delicious, service was fast and professional! Keep up the good...read full review
I've never had a bad experience here and I go here a lot. My order is always fresh and accurate, the staff is always friendly and offer my dogs ice cream if they're with me, plus it's super easy to order in the app and pick it up. I can't say those same things about the Bessemer location. Love this DQ!
best dq experience ive ever had. food was hot , staff was nice, everything was as ordered. my new favorite dairy queen!!

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers friendly staff and excellent customer service while serving hot and fresh food. The outdoor picnic table area is a pleasant spot to enjoy meals during summer days. The chicken strip basket remains a popular item, especially with extra gravy. Although food quality can be inconsistent at times, the staff are always friendly and generally cook food to perfection. Customers may experience slower service during busy times, but many agree that the food is good. Recent visits highlighted the great service, especially in the drive-thru, where staff provided top-notch service. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for families or a quick solo stop. Many customers appreciate the fresh taste of the food and how the staff consistently get orders right. With new management in place, the drive-thru service is fast, and customers love both classic Blizzards and freshly grilled burgers, noting that this Dairy Queen never disappoints.
