Based on sales volumes and increased cost of operations it no longer was viable to continue operations. All Associates have been provided opportunities to continue employment at other nearby locations. We do appreciate your past support and understand your disappointment in this change in the lola

I would just like to give Miss Willow at the Iola location a shout out! Everytime I go in and she is working she is always so helpful and pleasant. Whether she is swamped or I am the only one there, she was does such a phenomenal job!!

Showed up to the store at 5pm on 10/22. Business hours are 8am-9pm as stated on door and online. Door is locked though, all lights are on and no answering of phone. Where are the employees and why is the store not open during business hours?

Ordered a sandwich online and there was just meat and sauce. Not even the right sauce. Guess they can't read. Never acknowledged my existence either. Was in again and the dining area was a mess people touching money with gloves and not changing them to make sandwiches. Very disgusting. Management was yelling at one employee that looked like a teenager in front of me and other customer. God awful. Should be shut down.

Bread was chewy they didn't put avocado on sandwich like they were supposed to, and they ran out of lettuce, so they subbed spinach I ordered online an hour early of pick up time and still g ad to wait 15 minutes then I was late to
The food is ok. Some things I'd like to see improvement on is having all opinions available examples cookies available and bread. Also they like to shut down early or pretend to be closed examples open sing off and half the lights off. I've learned there tricks and walk in even though it appears to be closed. Just disappointing ?

this Subway is trashed absolutely disgusting there was a roach on the table there was hair on the toilet my food was moldy and tasted bad sandwich was burntThe manager is very rude and screams at the employees all day. The manager is very unprofessional and mean. The mayor double charged me so I had two different charges on my account the manager is trying to take my. money. The lettuce was brown and sour the cheese tasted funny it is Burnt it’s a black!! do not come here or you will be disappointed. Mindy is the manager of this horribly ran subway.
