This cute little bakery in the heart of iron River Wisconsin is pretty great. The owner is so friendly and the bread itself is delicious. I would say the fried goods maybe need to be cooked at a higher temperature so they don't absorb as much grease, but the flavor of everything was delicious. Every time we pass through iron River, this is a place we plan on stopping at.. got a loaf of bread and it was so goooood!

The donuts I bought looked nothing like the attached pictures. Longjohn and Bismark with a small smear of filling. Dough stale. Iced with tan icing barely tasted of chocolate.
I'm very disappointed in the filled long johns. They were scantly frosted & filled. Looks very unappealing. They have really gone downhill.
