Not open the hours they say they are.
If you are not going to be able to 'skip the line' after ordering ahead, please take this off your page. Every other sub/sandwich place has a way you can run in, look for your order and walk out...even Subway down the street. Every single time I order ahead I still have to wait in line. What is the purpose of ordering ahead? Irritating enough to have stopped ordering from your store.
