Not a good experience. Our waitress was obviously impaired with idk what , she had a strong smell but that's not my business if she can do her job but when it affects my food situation it's not good , I actually thought she might fall when taking our order . My husband and I ordered the same thing , 2 cheese burgers. She comes back with one right and the other not , we told her we both ordered cheeseburgers so she takes them both back and we sit while they make another another cheeseburger, then she proudly comes back out with one meal cold( it sat in the kitchen) and the other one hot , we both already had sat there while people that came in after us got their food , we were not even hungry at that point . :/

I don’t typically review a lot of chain restaurants, but we were so impressed with the service at this Applebees! The hostess began striking conversation with us and was pleasant. Our waitress, Izabelle did a fantastic job with her service, always refilling drinks and fry’s. We had a miscommunication with a coupon and her and her manager were able to help us find a solution and waived one of our hamburgers. We so appreciated our time tonight!

We enjoyed our time at applebee's.We had a wonderful waiter who was very friendly and helped us.So much while we were there period he found out while talking with us that my fiance had just come from the philippines.And we were going to be married in early november. After our meal, he surprised us with a treat.Which I thought was so nice and we really appreciated it , we will be back on saturday, november eighth.To celebrate our wedding with a nice meal.And some friends, thank you, jimmy,

We did a 2/$25 deal. Our appetizers came out cold. My bourbon chicken was dry and the shrimp were very undercooked. The waiter couldn’t understand the assignment our burger came with tomatoes when order without and our child’s mean with no dipping sauces. When approaching the management it seems as though she might have been on mushrooms or acid because “its all cool man”

Horrible experience waited forever to have our order taken then 2 tables that were seated after us had food before us. The guy bussing tables was slamming things around. Don't waste your time. Better places to go in Janesville.

Came in to about 60 seats open seats, told 15 minutes wait.. then finally sat at a table that was open when since we first walked in. Been waiting about 15-20mins for our order to be taken. Cannot comment on the food since we have only seen dishes walk past us as we wait for our order to be taken. This is Friday 530 pm. Very disappointed.

If I could leave a zero star I would…… advertised dollaritas are back for the whole month of may. I guess this is not a location of it because of different owners?? Well why have the Applebees logo on the building if we are not getting what’s advertised. Very disappointing will never recommend. Honestly think this business will end up like red lobster. Going bankrupt….
