The food was good. I had a deal in the app for BOGO sandwich. I had two Beef and Cheddars. I like them because they aren't dry. I was still hungry and ordered four mozzarella sticks. Arby's does a good job with their mozzarella sticks.
The service was pretty fast, and I got my food quickly. I have no complaints about that.
The atmosphere is kind of blah. I mean, it's a fast food place. I don't go to fast food places because of the atmosphere. But, if I had to rate something as not 5 stars, it would have to be the atmosphere. There are plenty of places to sit, though, and there are two rooms you can sit in.

Was given a chicken cordon bleu that consisted on an overcooked chicken patty, maybe one slice of ham and some nasty cheese. All of the curly fries were tiny pieces of fried nonesense. Do better, Arbyās!

I was a served an old thin ah chicken patty. Manager says they canāt control the sizes. Well thereās a difference!You donāt have to serve old thin patties. Fresh ones are not that thin! I paid $12 for a meal I want it fresh! Horrible customer service. āBurger Expertā on their shirts is a joke. Too bad because the food is good otherwise.

Great drive thru service, the cashier was friendly and quick. She offered me to donate for a free slider! What a deal. Had the double beef sandwich, and it came loaded! This was a win in my books!

Customer Service person seemingly had no idea what vegetarian mean. She was unable to suggest anything without meat. (hence I ordered from the snack menu) jalapeƱo poppers and potatoes squares. The food did not taste very good ā¦it was bland. If it wasnāt extra spicy, It didnāt really have a taste in my opinion.
