Drive thru. In what world is 4 packets of Arbys sauce enough for THREE MEALS with sandwiches and LARGE FRIES?!?!? Especially when A LOT OF ARBYS SAUCE was requested and verified by the employee??

Placed a pickup order online, when I picked up I was not greeted by anyone. The roast beef seemed to be a little old, my son’s chicken was undercooked and inedible and there seems to be something wrong with their soda machine because all of our drinks (different kinds) tasted very strange, flat and watered down.
This particular Arby's has some flaws that have been going on over a 3 month period. Now, the food is decent and that's not a problem but, every time I've gone in over the winter the AC is on and on max. The food gets cold in seconds and makes it very uncomfortable in there. The sauce pumps specifically for the horsy and spicy 3 pepper are never filled. In 3 months of coming in it's the same thing. Bundle up or take your food to the car is the better option.

Typical fast food, confusion, missed order, forgot a drink. Had to remind before leaving. They have meat for got to include Ham.

The employee Sheila. Is nasty. She never washed her hands. And I know her home life is nasty too. She never washes her hair. Fingers always dirty. Uniform looks like it not been washed. She is not a good fit for Arby's.
working here was crazy. they wanna train you to be an assistant in a store with no assistant… then my training schedule started at 4pm but the general manager was leaving at 4pm? thank god i got offered to be a general manager at a different company and the area coach will be training me. i also won’t be driving an hour to be trained. do better
