Absolutely burned the Mini Hotdogs and the blue raspberry lemonade is just syrup. Staff seemed nice enough but they told me 5 minutes when I was the only order they had and it took me around 15 minutes to get one order of mini Hotdogs and a Blue raspberry Lemonade

Looks like they finally fired the lady that is always on her phone and lets you wait when you order. They have a new younger lady, so far the service is good, pretzels are good, just a little pricey for small pieces.

The woman working is consistently rude. I ordered a small beverage and asked for no ice. She said I had to pay for a medium since I got no ice rather than filling my cup less.

The lady at the front is always rude to me and my girlfriend. We come in at least once a week for the cinnamon pretzels and I always ask for a large and get a small when I ask if I can get a large she always tells me no they don’t sell any other size when they have 3 sizes advertised. The guy is nice sometimes but other times he can also be rude. I asked for pepperoni pretzels and he told me it would be awhile so I said okay nvm thank you and he started telling me to order different kinds and when I said no and asked him not to tell me what to buy he got upset and told me to just leave then. When I came back the same day a few hours later he was still rude and cocky and told me about time you come back for the pepperonis. They also get mad when I refuse to tip there were some occasions where they added the tip without asking us or even telling us. In all I think the place needs new ownership there is no reason the wieners or employees are this rude to everyone. They aren’t nice to one person and rude to others they are always rude and upset. No reason someone talks on their phone while handling my food and talking to other people when someone is ordering food
There should be an option for negative stars. The lady at the register was rude. Plus she's on her cellphone while handling food. The pretzel looked homemade as it was just thin and very oily. Save your money and go somewhere else.
