A&W Restaurant offers classic, original burgers and fries in a comfortable, quiet dining setting. The food is served hot, quick, and delicious, just like the root beer which is creamy and great. Customers were disappointed that orange cheese curds are no longer served, only the white ones. Despite the tasty food, there was an incident where a card payment issue occurred, leading to suspected fraud. The staff, particularly a younger man, was involved in the confusion, and the card ended up being locked due to multiple incorrect pin entries at the restaurant. The root beer gallon purchased also lost its carbonation quickly due to the bag not being airtight. Overall, A&W Restaurant offers nostalgic, quick, and tasty meals, but improvements in service and product packaging are needed.
