This is a very nice and cozy A&W. The employees were all very friendly. The food was very good. We drove up from Illinois and we will make that drive again.

The place was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The mini blinds had food or something on them. The window seals had bugs on them. The food wasn't very good either the fries were cold and the buns was stale. I will never go back there.

The cheese curds and chicken tenders weren't fried long enough and came out soggy. The restaurant is table service only and the entire place needs a remodel. The staff is friendly though and perhaps I just had bad luck the day I went. I would go back and give it another try. The poor staff there seems overworked.

I came in the other day and our waitress, Aidryana, was a delight! Even though it was busy she still made a point to come to my table and check up on me and how the food was tasting! The staff was in a cheerful mood, you could tell they enjoyed working here and enjoyed being around each other. No wonder why it’s always busy, it’s because the atmosphere! I will come back again soon! Glad to say this is a staple of Janesville!

Really excited to see a drive-in style A&W; it's great for nostalgia, and for those that need some more time with the menu. Atmosphere would be improved by some care to the outside; lots of rust, grease, and flies to contend with took away from the experience.
