I have been here a few times. The ice cream cake I got for my 9th birthday was epic. The smoothie I got this morning was absolutely rockin. So smooth. No chunks. I would have gotten strawberry banana but they had no bananas at the time. So I just got strawberry. It was still really good.
The worst customer service I've had in a long time. Went in with my kids because they were sooo excited about dinosaurs ice cream cups. When we arrived there was only 2 employees working and both gentlemen were seemingly annoyed that we were there. We waited in line and placed our orders 2 dino cups and 2 two scoop Sundays . We received the Dino cups first with less than a 1/2 of a scoop of ice cream and both cups cover in orange dye and melted ice cream from the dirty gloves the employee had on. He didn't even bother to try and clean the cups off. I had to ask my son to grab a napkin before I could even hand it off to him. Already a little irritated at this point tbh however we were only half way in on our experience. Next, my husband ordered his Sunday the employee then asked if he wanted fudge or carmel in which my husband replied fudge... Nope just kidding the employee then tells him that they are currently out and "Ain't nobody here trying to make any right now." Ummm ok...so he gets his dish also covered in gloves slime and finishes up I order my ice cream with no real issues except the obvs at this point slime. We sit down to eat our treats and the employees disappear. They later come out say " they are still here" and again retreat. Once we leave to get in the car (parked in front of the building ) we notice the employees dancing around with a brooms and rough housing in the lobby. At one point the one employee was laying on the floor as the other sat on him... it looked like maybe he was trying to crack his back?? ??♀️... Idk they whole experience was unlike anything else I have ever seen. I was extremely disappointed and will not be going back anytime soon I really think they should watch the cameras at that place. Smh ...??♀️

This place is just terrible. Always negative energy when I come. Not an exciting place to get ice cream at. I will not visit anymore,gave this place many tries. Never changes. Rude notes from manager written on paper to remind the employees. Just ridiculous.

This place is normally pretty quick with orders, but today when I was there, the wait was almost as bad as Starbucks. From what I could see, it looked like there were two kids working the whole store by themselves. I felt bad for them.

If could would give I zero stars, the staff took over 20 mins to help us one staff member just played around on her phone instead of helping us place was dirty and the workers didn't follow hand sanitizing guidelines. Ordered a chocolate milkshake thing was super runny and was more equivalent to chocolate milk, asked for them to redo and they said no that how are milkshakes are. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS WANT POOR SERVICE.

This is NOT a regular Baskin-Robbins store. Dont pay before they actually prep your order.Staff are not trained on basic ice cream service techniques (shake vs malt; scoop size/density are too small) and are quite clueless on what is being ordered. I asked for a two scoop sundae with hot fudge topping, I was offered mocha syrup from the Dunkin Donut menu as a supposed “chocolate sauce“ option as they dont carry BR hot fudge. Mocha flavor is coffee + chocolate - not a viable sub for hot fudge for me. The kicker is that I over paid for the whole experience - ice cream quantity then no topping plus the whipped cream option was another Dunkin substitute. What a disappointment this location is to the Baskin Robbins legacy.

I love their ice cream and they usually have plenty of flavors. Sometimes their place is dirty though. Still like going here once in a while.

Worst place ever. Drove an hour to get there. No Chocolate Mint, No Chocolate, no Strawberry. They had about 4 flavors. They had no to go containers either. Place is dirty, staff doesn't care. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise as a Baskin Robbins.

I definitely do not recommend. Last time I went the guy looked as if I was speaking a different language and I was overcharged for what I got because he did not know how to run the register.Don't go here. Hopefully it'll shut down.Go to the chocolate shoppe over by franklin middle school. Way better and knowledgeable.

The only reason this BR gets one star is for continuing to exist. I’ve lived on the south side of Janesville for three years and I really want this joint to not be terrible. I take the kids here about every six months in the hopes that it will be under new management or something, but no dice. It’s absolutely filthy, they’re always out of everything, and the only thing the staff appears trained on is how to evade direct questions like “do you have any kid’s cones?”. For real guys, you have literally 5 supplies you need to keep tabs on to serve ice cream, and a 700sq ft space to familiarize yourself with. I get that we’re all swimming in the collective waters of uncertainty here, but that’s a question you should totally be able to answer. You could also wipe the counter every once in a while.
