1 I hate having to use those self checkouts.
2 Why on earth do they need 6 taps for coca cola and 0 for melo yellow.
3 we got the spongebob meal bundles and they forgot the pies that go with them.
Do not recomend I will never set foot in a burger king ever again.

We stopped by because the outdoor play area looked really nice and inviting. We ordered at the kiosk which was great and user friendly. We waited about 15/20 minutes for our food only to be told they had no fries. Odd thing was the order before ours and after ours had fries. We ended up with greasy undercooked onion rings that we couldn't even eat. The employees seemed genuinely miserable and annoyed. They were talking about their employer and customers out loud where they could be heard and seen by other customers. The play area was great, but they need to boost their employee moral and order some fries. We won't be back.

Remodel is nice, open design and very clean. Food was hot and about what you'd expect from BK, no complaints. They were out of fries though which was a little odd.

Service was a little slow but they seem understaffed like a lot of places are nowadays, hard to blame them for that. They have a nice big parking lot now but no way they could handle that many customers with their current staff count.

I would come again.

Understaffed, unorganized. Waited 15 min in line for others to go be for me in the other line. No communication whatsoever. I know this review won’t change anything but it’s worth the try. If I could give a negative 0 stars I would.

It seems like they never have enough people working and only one person making sandwiches in and in the kitchen and it's just sometimes they're really slow and sometimes they don't get the orders right when you order

Two cars in the parking lot no one in drive-through. I sat at the drive-through for over five minutes for somebody to take my order then get to the window to pay and he says please pull up, There is nobody behind me. Service is the same when it was the old building if not worse,

Third time I have ordered and paid on the app but they do not answer or help you at the speaker so I just drove up. My food was already sitting there in a bag the whole time I was waiting. So of coarse the food was cold again. Don't waist your time or money here. You might as well go across the street to McDonald's.

Khyla, who took our order, didn’t ring up any of my food correctly. I asked for a specific combo and she rang it up as something completely different. Then I asked for the mozzarella sticks and specifically asked for them to be in the httyd box and she said she could do that but did not do that. I also had to explain my order multiple times like she didn’t even know their own menu. Overall bad and frustrating experience.

The remodel was nice, the order took linger than expected nearly ten minutes and all the condiments we ordered and paid for were instead only sweet and sour sauce.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Came in right after they opened and waited over 30 minutes for our food. Thought maybe just because it was new. And it over 2 months and came back today. Took almost 40 minutes today! Won't be back. Plenty of people working so no excuse. Only 2 other people in the lobby and only 1 car in drive through.
