I ordered a wopper for someone in my party and they said the burger patty tasted funny. We also got some fries, but they tasted old and not right either. The only thing that was okay was the chicken nuggets and the tater tots cheese bite things. The person in my party ended up throwing half the burger away and most of is threw the fries out because of the foul taste and the wopper ended up making the person im my party sick about 10 minutes after they ate it. Be warned their food might be old when you get it. Its not made when you order and im sure the person in my party got an 8 hour burger or even a day old burger. My party and I will not be coming back to this location again and i reccomend you do not either. There are way better fast food options around that will not make you sick.

Drive up took 10 min washer dropped my change didn't say anything restaurant looks like a dump had to remind him about my drink food looks thrown in bag hardly any fries in container all trough the bag see the end of this place

They parked me because they “were waiting on the cheesy tots” I was parked so long I started to wonder if I misheard them and should go inside. Then when I get my food first thing I do is reach for a hot cheesy tot; those were so stale and hard and dry!!! The cheese no longer even existed!! I feel Punked, like why would you say you’re waiting on fresh cheesey tots and then give me hush puppy hockey pucks!?! And it’s not just that, I also ordered 2 Whoppers and a large fry and it all sucked. The buns on the burgers were dry and mushy all at once and the fries had no salt and they only flavor they carried was old fryer oil. Now I see why there’s never any cars here. You’re gonna park someone and serve them a cold bag full of stale food!? I’m good on that.

Edit: Also, just so you know, I took all that food out of the trash for the picture. It was really that bad. $23 worth of food and most of it’s gonna be garbage. Go anywhere else! There are so many options on Milton Avenue and this place ain’t even cheap.

Pathetic. How hard is it to make a couple burgers? We ordered the train your dragon burger meals for 2 adults and 2 kids (they gave pepa pig toys..). The adults were first incorrectly given two chicken wraps so we returned and were given 2 wrapped burgers. 15 minutes down the highway we open two completely wrong burgers. Cheese, bacon, and dragon bun not on the burger. Fries were also stale. The manager told us the only way for a refund was to turn around on the highway and come back when we know they can actually provide refunds with the receipt #. So now to dispute the charge with our bank. The incompetence is wild.

I drive to this location even though Center Ave location is closer. The food and customer service gas exceeded expectations ever single time. Hot fresh food and greeted with a smile every time.

I hadn’t been to Burger King in over 10 years, but this visit completely exceeded my expectations! While going through the drive-thru, my kid accidentally spilled their drink. I went inside expecting to pay for a replacement, but the staff were incredibly kind and gave us a new one on the house. They were also super patient and understanding while we ordered with all our kids. Truly great customer service — thank you for making our experience so positive!

Stopped at this location today and ordered the dragon double whopper today. The woman taking my order asked if I wanted cheese which I said yes. Got home and opened it up to see there was nothing on it. No mayo, no lettuce, tomato, not even the cheese that I was asked if I wanted. Drove back and instead of following proper protocol, they took the same sandwich and added the stuff on it instead of making a fresh new one.

Horrid service. Ordered, waited almost fifteen minutes. People that ordered after us had gotten their food and eaten half of it before we got ours. Fries weren't even half filled. Whopper Jr was a regular kids cheese burger. This used to be the best of the two in town. South sides has taken over that position and we will most likely skip the Milton Ave BK from now on.
