I just moved to the area and have tried to come to this place twice during hours they say they’re open. Once right at noon and once at 6. Both times they were closed. I’m pretty good at checking social media and nothing indicated they would be closed during these times. I’m looking for my new local bbq spot but this place apparently isn’t it

Super slow, staff seems disorganized. No idea on the food have not received it yet. Will update. Update. Arrived at 6:35pm Friday 6/18. One family ahead of us. 3 or 4 people waiting that had ordered. Ordered at 6:40pm. Took 45 minutes to receive food. 1 Mac and cheese order. Watched staff struggle basically with the layout of making up plates of food. Layout of the prep area is not efficient. Review of the food... It's average. Not good, not bad. Way too sweet. (Ordered spicy and was not). Baked beans (side) are awful. Sweet kidney beans, not baked beans. Definitely will not repeat this place.

We used Casual Joe's for a major cooperate event in which 500 people were served. Not only did Mike do the job with very short notice, but he did a FANTASTIC job at that. Employees have been asking ever since where we go the meal from. Thank you for working with us on such short notice.

A little bit of Nashville right here in town! I absolutely loved everything I tried. The brisket was phenomenal, as well as the corn bake and homemade mashed potatoes. Do your tastebuds a favor and check it out

Delicious food, amazing sauces, fantastic staff. The best restaurant in Janesville, hands down. I had the pulled pork with smashed potatoes and corn bread. The pork was smoky, juicy, and flavorful, the smashed potatoes were fluffy and well seasoned with a seasoning I just can't put my finger on, but superb nonetheless, and the cornbread... the cornbread was the STAR of the meal. Great size, sweet, fluffy, fresh, moist, and probably the best cornbread I've ever tasted. Definitely will be back, probably later this week!

Boss ordered this twice for work so far. We all voted not again. The baked beans are just kidney beans out of can that hasn't been drained with a bit of sugar. Nothing to write home about with the super dry mac and cheese. Chopped pork....meh. chopped chicken super dry. Or orders are never correct and the BBQ sauce is sub par.

We ordered family platter $30 after tax. "the sides" were tiny. Like it maybe was enough to feed one person and the meat was cold! Very disappointing since there's only one other BBQ place in Janesville and that's where we went after getting a refund! We probably wont be back sorry to say...
Everything was good. Got the family platter. Enough for two adults and two kids.

the ribs, pulled pork and corn bread was good. better than famous daves actually. the coleslaw was just that, coleslaw. needed a good vacuuming, carpet was a bit messy.

Pulled pork was tasty, however sandwich was cold, not even room temperature, cold. Sauces were very good, especially spicy peach. Cleanliness is not their their strong suit.

I really wanted this place to be good. The food was cold, the place (the whole place) was dirty. The meat was smoky and the sauce was good but it was super fatty. The sides were ?. The music was good.

Not very clean, atmosphere needs attention. Food was ok, but not warm enough. Too much pepper in the corn bake, hardly any cheese in the mac and cheese, baked beans were different but good, coleslaw was tasteless and limp. Was really hoping for more based on other reviews, and the simple room really wouldn’t have been a bad thing except the food a bit lack luster.
