Slow service. Took 10 minutes to get my order. Then I had to walk to the counter and ask if that was my order sitting on the counter.. Instead of asking the customer who just walked up to place an order to wait the employee was going to take his order until I interrupted and asked if that was my order sitting on the counter.
Ordered a spicy deluxe ADD Colby Jack cheese. We were charged 30 cents, and the sandwich came out wrong, without the Colby jack. When I went in to ask for a remake, I was instead given a single cold piece of Colby jack cheese in a container. Actually absurd.

Chick fila Janesville, WI is by far the biggest insult to Chick fila as a company. No matter if you are the only car or person there, you will be waiting forever. Other chick fila’s are always swamp but atleast you keep moving. Here is not the case. It is an embarrassment to what any other chick Fila I have ever been at.

Food is alright, service is pretty slow compared to other CFA’s and last time I was in drive thru the crew was blasting corny Christian worship music so loud you could hear it outside the store.
