Our waitress, Brittany, was extremely rude. Didn’t even ask us if we needed anything else before taking FOREVER to come back just to tell us to pay on the kiosk. Didn’t say to have a good night or anything. Terrible customer service.

The food was not done properly, when I asked to speak to the manager he/she never came. I waited 20 minutes and left before I lost my mind. Service sucks. I went to a different chili's and the service was great ,the food was amazing. Dose to show you just cause it's the same restaurant dose not mean it will be good. Find better staff!!!!

Tried the ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was absolutely terrible. Chewy, full of tough tendons. It looked nothing like a ribeye. Zero flavor. Genuinely one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. Applebees cheap steaks are better.

Friends and I went here for a Ladies lunch. We had the best service ever. Great food. Drinks were spot on.

The service wasn't up to par. No refills, ordered a veggie burger and got a salad because the server didn't say anything about it being gone. Other then that food was good.

Went out with my girl friends and had a blast GNO time with Emma! She was so fun and food was hot, quick, and delicious! Margaritas for days (friends had Coconut, Skinny & Something Amigo(?) which they all said were delicious. We also got the Chips & Trio dips: yummy salsa with a good hint of apice (not overpowering so that you sweat or burn your mouth), queso (white with little flavor), and decent guacamole. Salmon dinner was perfect and the rest of us got fajitas (amazing!). Can't wait to go back!

First time visiting since they tore down the Perkins,very nice atmosphere with extensive menu, music not overly loud like some local spots, male employee laying on futon playing with phone where people normally would sit to wait but food was very good and free chips and salsa if you join their rewards. Will be stopping again
